This hard dogleg right plays uphill all the way to the green. An aggressive tee shot can cut the corner leaving a shorter shot to the green. Many players prefer to stay to the left side of the fairway where the lie is more level, allowing a better view of the green surface. Four is a very good score here due to the degree of difficulty hitting to the uphill green.
Some time in 2010 this hole will be transformed into a par five when a new green being built becomes playable.
